Meet Angie

Owner & CEO of Oasis

Angie Toney developed strong investigatory and problem-solving skills in over three decades of corporate internal auditing. She now applies those skills to her tax planning and representation client cases at Oasis. To date, Angie has saved her clients over $1M in tax liability.

Angie has a BS in Accounting and MA in Global Management. She is a New York State Certified Public Accountant / Personal Financial Specialist (CPA/PFS), Certified Tax Strategist (CTS), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Outside of work, Angie enjoys youth mentor volunteer work and serving on the board of the Loudoun Estate Planning Council, a nonprofit association with a mission to provide an inclusive and interdisciplinary forum for estate-planning professionals to foster relationships and enhance their proficiency in the field.

Yes, we offer a suite of accounting and tax services, including bookkeeping. Please schedule a complimentary strategy session to see if we’re a good fit and to receive an estimate.

Yes, Angie Toney is a CPA/PFS: Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of NY, and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). A PFS is a financial advisor with a tax specialty. We have several CPAs and EAs on the team from various parts of the country. We provide services in all states and the District, and also have overseas clients.

We do not offer this service currently.

A tax return is a historical document. It reports what has already happened in a given tax year. Analyzing the history and strategizing prior to the end of a tax year, before the tax is due to be paid, is tax planning. If you feel you are overpaying taxes the more you make, chances you are. If you have a small business, the tax plan may be a tax-deductible business expense. Angie explains here: Intro to Tax Planning

A sample of our tax preparation services and prices are as follows:

  1. 1040 with only W-2 starts at $500
  2. 1040 with one Sch C business – starts at $650 (price could be more based on bookkeeping, inventory, depreciable assets, multiple states, if applicable)
  3. 1065 between $850 (under $250k) to $1,250+ (same as above)
  4. 1120S and 1120 same as 1065

  6. How do I request time with Angie? Please schedule your time with an Oasis professional here: Schedule Your Time With Oasis; generally, Angie conducts all strategy sessions, but occasionally, she is traveling or otherwise unavailable and one of our experienced professionals will start the process. If necessary, Angie will follow up with you personally.
  7. How do I file an extension? We only file extensions for existing clients who have a signed engagement letter and have paid in full. Complete an Intake Form so that we may get an engagement letter out to you. If you are already in an engagement and cannot upload your tax docs timely, you can send us a message to ensure we have you covered for an extension.
  8. Who should I contact with technical issues? Please call our main office number at 703-972-5777, or email our office manager, [email protected], and we’ll respond as soon as possible. Give us 24-48 hours to respond, especially during busy tax season.
